Marg se nikla "Outstanding Collection" PDF yahan select karein. Pehle preview aayega, check karke "Publish" dabayein. Publish hote hi sab salesmen ko naya data dikhega.

Routes & salesman PIN

Har route ka naam aur uska PIN. Ek hi PIN kai routes pe laga sakte hain (us salesman ko woh sab routes dikhenge). Route ka naam party ke route se match hona chahiye.

Database status

1. Parties import (CSV)

Columns: accode, name, area, route. Purani saari parties replace ho jayengi.

2. Route map import (CSV)

Columns: accode, route. (Party ka route yahin se aata hai; replace hota hai.)

3. Routes & PINs import (CSV)

Columns: routeName, salesmanPin. Replace hota hai.

4. Purani collections import (CSV)

Purani Google Sheet ke "Collections" tab ko CSV me download karke daalein (columns: time, accode, party, route, amount, mode, billNos, entryId, lat, lng, receiptNo). Duplicate entries skip hoti hain.

5. Receipt counter

Purane system ka aakhri receipt number daalein (jaise 151). Naya receipt usse agla (AD-00152) banega.
